Raheem is one of our Production Managers at SERVPRO of Hoboken/Union City. Raheem has been a part of our team for 7 years. He started his time with us as a technician specializing in mold remediation and worked his way up to crew chief, and eventually, Production. He has excelled in every position he has held and is a valuable team member.

Lisa Mulcahy

Lisa has been with SERVPRO of Hoboken/Union city for 7 years now and has strived in the marketing world. Her outgoing personality, sweet nature, and attention to detail has made her very successful in making contacts and maintaining those contacts throughout the years. She treats every account as if the properties they manage or maintain are her own and ensures that she visits all sites to keep herself up to date on any changes. Her exemplary work has made her an extremely valued member of our team.

Darlene Palaski

Darlene is our Accounting and HR Manager at SERVPRO of Hoboken/ Union City. Darlene handles all of our finances with exceptional care and accuracy and manages the day to day tasks that are required of someone in a Human Resources Department with the utmost care.  Darlene's warm nature and kind attitude make her a perfect fit as a member of SERVPRO, Team Harvey.

Lamar Townes

Lamar has been with our office for just over 1 year but has an extensive background in the mitigation business.  He has worked his way from technician, to crew chief, and is now a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Hoboken/Union City. Due to his background, Lamar knows all of the steps that need to be taken to ensure that a job gets performed to 100% satisfaction and we appreciate his expertise and willingness to always help out when needed.  As a newer member of our team, we are very fortunate to have him. 

Alexis Campos

Alexis is our Office/Operations Manager for the past 14 months. Since she joined our team and implemented different processes, she has simplified the job process as a whole. From working with crew members, production members or office staff, she is always happy to lend a helping hand and is a valuable member of our team.

Josh Bakalian

Josh is one of the newest members of our team and is our Construction Manager. Josh has taken our construction division to another level so that we can tackle any job that is given to us. He is our final step in making your property truly “Like it Never Even Happened”, and in some cases, even better! Josh has been a wonderful addition to our team both in his construction knowledge and in his kind and witty demeanor.

Christopher Catanese

Chris is our Operations Manager for some time and has an extensive history in all areas of mitigation, remediation and construction.  Chris is the leader of our team from the intake of a job through completion.  His day is filled with overseeing each property that we service, creating and implementing schedules and ensures that we run fluidly as a 24/7 emergency service.  A very “hands on” member with a diplomatic nature, Chris is a valued and respected member of Team Harvey.
